Minder Torch & Personal Attack Alarm

Minder 143dB Personal Safety Alarm with Strobe Light

The Minder 143dB Personal Safety Alarm with Strobe Light combines an exceptionally loud audible siren with a bright flashing strobe, helping the user to be heard and located in an emergency.

Designed for personal, employee and lone-worker safety, this versatile alarm features simple pull-pin activation, a separate torch button, belt clip and a useful window/door mounting bracket.

For additional reassurance, this personal alarm is both Secured by Design and Sold Secure accredited.

Powerful 143dB Personal Alarm

When activated, the Minder produces a powerful 143-decibel audible siren designed to attract attention and raise an immediate audible alert.

The high-output alarm can be particularly useful in workplace and lone-worker environments where attracting the attention of colleagues or people nearby may be important during an emergency.

Flashing Strobe Emergency Light

In addition to the 143dB audible alarm, the unit incorporates a flashing strobe light.

The combination of sound and flashing light provides both an audible and visual alert, helping other people to identify and locate the source of the alarm.

This makes the alarm particularly useful in situations where visibility may be limited or where identifying the location of the person raising the alarm is important.

Secured by Design & Sold Secure Accredited

The Minder 143dB Personal Safety Alarm is both Secured by Design and Sold Secure accredited.

Secured by Design is the official police security initiative working to improve the security of buildings and products and help reduce crime.

Sold Secure independently tests and assesses security products against defined standards.

These accreditations provide additional reassurance for individuals and organisations looking for an independently assessed personal safety product.

Simple Pull-Pin Activation

The personal alarm uses a straightforward pull-pin activation system designed for quick and simple operation.

Pulling the activation pin triggers the powerful emergency alarm, allowing the user to raise an audible and visual alert without having to locate complicated controls.

Separate Torch Function

A separate torch button allows the light function to be used independently when an emergency alarm is not required.

This provides useful everyday illumination for tasks such as finding keys, navigating darker areas or approaching vehicles and buildings in reduced light.

Personal Alarm for Employees & Lone Workers

The combination of an extremely loud siren, flashing strobe and independent security accreditations makes this alarm particularly suitable as an employee safety and lone-worker personal alarm.

Potential users and applications include:

• Lone workers
• Employees working independently
• Security personnel
• Reception and front-of-house staff
• Retail employees
• Care and support workers
• Housing and community workers
• Mobile and field-based employees
• Night workers
• Personal everyday safety

Convenient Belt Clip

A built-in belt clip provides a convenient way to carry the alarm while working.

The alarm can be positioned somewhere accessible rather than being stored inside a bag or pocket, allowing the activation pin to be reached quickly when required.

Window & Door Mounting Bracket

The supplied window and door mounting bracket gives the alarm additional versatility when it is not being carried.

This allows the unit to be positioned in a suitable location around a door or window, providing an additional practical use for the alarm in the workplace, home or other suitable environment.

Compact & Portable Design

Measuring approximately 60mm x 70mm x 20mm, the alarm combines a powerful siren and strobe light in a compact portable unit.

The combination of pull-pin activation, belt clip and mounting bracket means the alarm can be carried by an individual or positioned in a suitable fixed location when required.
